PURPOSE: A haptic rendering generating device and a method using an encoded image, a touch data encoding method, and a recording medium thereof are provided to generate a touch image by touch data, thereby encoding the touch image by an original image. CONSTITUTION: A touch device(20) receives touch data. A decoding unit extracts the touch data by decoding an encoded image including the touch data. A control unit provides a virtual environment by haptic rendering of the touch data. A storage unit stores the touch data. The storage unit stores a control program of the control unit.
