<p>PURPOSE: A method for detecting HTLV nucleic acid sequence in a biological sample is provided to ensure efficiency and reliability. CONSTITUTION: A primer pair for detecting HTLV virus contains: 10 or more serial nucleotides of forward primer having a nucleotide sequence of sequence number 1, 3, 5, 7, 20, or 19; and 10 or more serial nucleotide of reverse primer having a nucleotide sequence of sequence number 2, 4, 6, 8, 11, 12, 13, or 20. A kit for detecting HTLV virus by real-time PCR contains the primer probe set. A method for detecting HTLV virus in real-time in sample comprises: a step of preparing a sample, the primer pair, and a probe; a step of performing PCR under the presence of polymerase, buffer, RNase H, and probe; and a step of detecting increase of signal release from the probe.</p> |
