PURPOSE: An information posting service system using a message service and a service providing method thereof are provided to post information on mobile communication terminals of at least two posting target people even if an uploader transmits information once using SMS/MMS MO services. CONSTITUTION: An uploader mobile communication terminal(101) generates and transmits a posting service request message including posting information. A plurality of receiving mobile communication terminals(102) receives a posting message including the posting information. A message service unit(200) transmits the transmitted posting service request message to a corresponding receiving site. The message service unit transmits the received posting message to the receiving mobile communication terminal.
