COMPOSITE HEAT SINK HAVING HEAT SPREAD FUNCTION

PURPOSE: A complex heat spreader tool having a heat diffusion function is provided to complexly emit and transfer heat due to heat conduction and phase change of refrigerant by forming a heat radiation fin and a pipe accepting the refrigerant into one body. CONSTITUTION: Heating sources(50) of a semiconductor package and an LED element are installed in a base(116) of a first radiating unit(110). Refrigerant which is located in the bottom side of a first space(111) is vaporized by heat created in the heating source. Vaporized refrigerant gas is condensed through a first pipe(112), a second pipe(122), and heat radiation fins(114,124). The vaporized refrigerant gas is rapidly carried to a second space(121) of a second radiating unit(120) by the incline of a connecting member(130). Coolant liquid which is condensed circulates by gravity or capillary force.
