CONSTITUTION: An e-commerce server(20) includes the following. An access control unit(21) controls the access of a e-commerce trader. An upload control unit(22) controls upload of product information and offered price information. A search control unit(23) searches and provides the product information and the offered price. A payment control unit(24) controls payment following e-commerce transaction.
