PURPOSE: A protruded spiral generator is provided to environmentally-friendly generate electric energy by regenerating water resources wasted to a fishway. CONSTITUTION: A protruded spiral generator comprises a main body(110), a turbine(121), and a low-speed multi-electrode generator(150). Spiral and protruded blades(111,112), upper and lower supports(115,116), and a guardrail(500) are installed in the main body(110). The protruded blades are rotated between the upper and lower supports. When the main body is rotated, the turbine connected to the spiral shaft of the main body is powered, and power is generated.
