PURPOSE: An antipyretic analgesic acetaminophen particle is provided to remove bitter taste of acetaminophen and to reduce gastrointestinal disturbance. CONSTITUTION: An antipyretic analgesic acetaminophen particle contains 190 weight parts of acetaminophen, 1.5 weight parts of polyethylene glycol 6000, 8 weight parts of hydroxyl propyl cellulose, and 7.5 weight parts of white sugar. A method for manufacturing the acetaminophen particle comprises: a step of mixing and stirring 8 weight parts of hyudroxy propyl cellulose, 1.5 weight parts of polyethylene glycol6000, and 7.5 weight parts of white sugar in 120 weight parts of purified water(S100) to prepare a granulation solution; a step of granulating 190 weight parts of granulation solution(S200); and a step of drying the granules(S300).
