PURPOSE: A cosmetics stick case is provided to enable a user to use sticks remaining in a stick settling tube. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetics stick case comprises an external casing(2), a stick settling tube(11), an elevation bar(19), and a settling plate(16). The elevation bar elevates a stick remaining inside the stick settling tube through holes formed in the external casing and stick settling tube. The settling plate is settled between the inner bottom of the stick settling tube and stick.
