PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a cell sheet for transplantation by which the cell sheet for transplantation is efficiently produced, to provide the cell sheet for transplantation produced by the method for production, and to provide a method for treating a damaged site with high treating effects.

SOLUTION: There are provided: the method for producing the cell sheet for transplantation including separating a cell from an adipose tissue in the back part, culturing the separated cell in α-MEM (alpha modified Eagle's Minimum Essential Medium), and forming a sheet-like cultured product containing a stem cell derived from the adipose tissue; the cell sheet for transplantation produced by the method for production; and the method for treating using the cell sheet for transplantation containing the stem cell derived from the adipose tissue.
