<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein it is difficult to sufficiently optimize the operation of a forklift by a conventional method. <P>SOLUTION: An operation management device 100 manages the operation of a conveyer for conveying an object. A conveyance request device requests the operation management device 100 to convey the object, and the conveyer requests the operation management device 100 to issue an instruction about a destination. The operation management device 100 includes: an urgency degree keeping part for keeping the degree of urgency for each request of the operation request device; a conveyance request allocation part wherein the higher the degree of urgency of the conveyance request is set, the more preferentially the conveyance request is allocated to the conveyer, by referring to the urgency degree keeping part when an instruction is requested from the conveyer; and an information transmission part for transmitting information related to a destination to the conveyer based on the conveyance request allocated by the conveyance request allocation part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
