<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for setting access authority which is required by an application as security policy without depending on an operation history of the application. <P>SOLUTION: The security policy generation program reads at least one of an execution file of the application which operates on a secure OS, a setting file of the application, a file list which constitutes the application, and analyzes which access authority on the secure OS becomes necessary in relation to the files.
