<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image formation device and an image formation system which can enable a user to resolve relatively complicated errors. <P>SOLUTION: A display control part 404 extracts guidance corresponding to an operation error detected by an error detection part 401 out of the guidance stored in a guidance storage part 402 to display the guidance on a display part 403. A determination part 406 determines whether or not to acquire detailed guidance indicating a more detailed error resolving procedure than the guidance stored in the guidance storage part 402 based on the error resolving operation done by a user after the guidance is displayed on the display part 403, which is detected by a resolving operation detection part 405. When the determination part 406 determines to acquire the detailed guidance, the detailed guidance acquisition part 407 acquires the detailed guidance data corresponding to the operation error detected by the error detection part 401 from an external device 170 in response to the error resolving operation done by the user to display the data on the display part 403. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
