摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an antireflection film which is excellent in mechanical strength of an antireflection layer against cracking in projection front end in a minute concavity and convexity pattern or the like and excellent in sticking resistance and punch-out feature. <P>SOLUTION: An antireflection film comprises: a light transmissive substrate; and an antireflection layer formed over the light transmissive substrate, which has a concavity and convexity configuration in cross-section formed on the surface thereof at a pitch smaller than wavelength in a visual light region. The antireflection layer includes a base portion formed on the light transmissive substrate; a main body formed on the base portion, which has minute irregularity of a concavity-convexity shape in cross-section, and a convex portion in the minute concavity and convexity has a frustum shape rising in a tapered configuration with respect to the light transmissive substrate; and a front end portion having a curved structure formed so as to cover the top portion of the main body. The curvature radius of the curved structure of the front end portion is within a range of 1.0-5.0 times the diameter of the top surface of the main body. Load pressure is adapted so that the shape of the convex portion of the minute concavity and convexity is formed in a mold when composition is filled in the mold. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
