<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contact member capable of improving electric contact stability of an external contact and the contact member. <P>SOLUTION: The contact member 21 is electrically connected to a conductive cylindrical member 7e and electrically connected to a drum shaft 61 that is electrically connected to the outside of the cylindrical member 7e. The contact member 21 includes a first contact portion 21a contacting the cylindrical member 7e, a second contact portion 21b contacting the drum shaft 61, a first connecting portion 21c extending in a first radial direction X of the cylindrical member 7e, and a second connecting portion 21d extending in a second radial direction Y of the cylindrical member 7e.
