<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tray for packaging a component which prevents the component from running out at transportation and which can prevent the tray from being scraped at transportation while suppressing an increase of the thickness of the tray. <P>SOLUTION: In the tray for packaging the component 10, a plurality of storing concave parts 11 for storing the component P are formed. A projected protrusion 15 is formed at a sidewall 12 of the storing concave part 11 along the depth direction d of the storing concave part 11.
