<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-peel sheet-like-member which can be re-stuck many times. <P>SOLUTION: The sheet-like member includes: a sheet-like body 8 formed with graphics; and a transparent adhering member 4 having self-adhering ability which can be adhered to any one of the sheet-like body 8 and an adherend 2 in order that the sheet-like body 8 can be peeled from and re-stuck to the adherend.
