<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new stapler that shows an empty state before the next operation by changing a behavior of the stapler after the last staple is punched out for binding. <P>SOLUTION: The stapler A includes a staple magazine 1 for storing ordered staples SO, a driver 2 and a clinch body 3, to bind paper sheets P. In the stapler A, a notification projection 151 is formed on the tip of a pusher 15.
