<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a convenient automatic bread maker to be used for family use. <P>SOLUTION: The automatic bread maker includes: a baking chamber 2 having a heater 3; a bread baking mold 4 attachably/detachably placed in the baking chamber 2; a bread kneading blade 6 arranged inside the bread baking mold 4; a motor 5 for driving the bread kneading blade 6; a lid 7 for opening/closing the baking chamber 2; a temperature detecting means 8 for detecting the temperature in the baking chamber 2; a control means B9 for controlling the heater 3 and the motor 5; an input means 10 for selecting a bread baking course to be controlled by the control means B9; and a display means 11 for displaying the bread baking course and a time to finish cooking, etc. An exclusive course to dry the bread baking mold 4 is provided in a bread baking menu.
