<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need for correction of the original of a form and acquisition of a form image using a scanner device etc. for the corrected form original when correcting entry information of the form. <P>SOLUTION: A form management device includes a data storage section, entry information correction means, entry information comparison means, and image correction means. The data storage section stores form image data, entry contents obtained by recognizing characters of the form image data, and entry information including the entry positions of the entry contents in the form image data. The entry information correction means corrects the entry contents stored in the data storage section, and re-stores the entry contents after the correction in the data storage section. The entry information comparison means extracts differences by comparing the entry contents before the correction with the entry contents after the correction.
