RETROREFLECTIVE SHEET AND VEHICLE NUMBER PLATE WITH RETROREFLECTIVE SHEET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retroreflective sheet which can be easily removed after embossing and does not allow propagation of a breakage except the indication part, and a vehicle number plate with such retroreflective sheet.

SOLUTION: A retroreflective sheet (10) is used for a vehicle number plate (50) whose indication part is embossed. At the upper part of the indication part, the retroreflective sheet is removed and a plate base material (51) is exposed. The expansion rate of the sheet is 120% or less and the breaking strength is 10 N/inch or more based on the measuring conditions including temperature of 23°C and humidity of 65% RH, which demonstrates that the sheet has breaking strength larger than the adhesive strength to the plate base material (51).
