This photoelectric conversion device comprises: a glass substrate (30); a plurality of photoelectric conversion cells (102) constituted by laminating a transparent electrode layer (32), a photoelectric conversion layer (34), and an underside electrode (36) on the glass substrate (30); and first current collector wiring (38) that connects the photoelectric conversion cells (102) in parallel and collects electric power output by the photoelectric conversion cells (102). At least a part of the first current collector wiring (38) is deposited on the glass substrate (30).
