SERIAL ROLLS, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD AND MANUFACTURING SYSTEM FOR LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY ELEMENT

Serial rolls which are employed in a roll-type lamination system and can prevent deformation of an optical film laminated body are provided, and a manufacturing method and a manufacturing system for a liquid crystal display element are also provided. Serial rolls (R1, R2) are employed in a roll-type lamination system in an environment in which the temperature is 23±5°C and the humidity is 35 to 80%. The serial rolls (R1, R2) are adjusted in such a way that the moisture content per 1 m2 of optical film laminated bodies (F1, F2) when commencing pulling-out of the optical film laminated bodies (F1, F2) in this environment is no more than 7.8 g. As a result, it is possible to effectively prevent deformation caused by increase in the moisture content of the optical film laminated bodies (F1, F2) which comprise polarization film, until the optical film laminated bodies (F1, F2) are entirely pulled out from the serial rolls (R1, R2).
