PURPOSE: A method of coating glass bead of a guard rail is provided to uniformly spread glass beads thereby improving reflection ability. CONSTITUTION: A method of coating glass bead of a guard rail comprises: a step of preparing coating liquid by mixing a resin binder, a hardener, and glass beads with predetermined ratio; a step of spreading the coating liquid on a guard rail(100) with uniform thickness; and a step of hardening the spread coating liquid. The predetermined ratio of the resin binder, the hardener and the glass beads is the weight ratio of 1.6:1:6.4.
