A parallel rod anchor device and method for flexible sheet material, wherein the parallel rod anchor device for flexible sheet material comprises a parallel connection piece and at least two rod pieces (1, 2); the rod pieces (1, 2) are arranged on the parallel connection piece, and the rod pieces (1, 2) are mutually parallel and have a gap therebetween, and an anchoring hole or a protrusion portion for perforating and anchoring is provided on the parallel connection piece or the rod pieces (1, 2). The method for anchoring flexible sheet material by parallel rods is as follows: using the parallel rod anchor device for flexible sheet material to form a winding knot after having the flexible sheet material (4) wound around the first rod piece (1) and folded back, with the folding point being against the second rod piece (2); and further winding the folded sheet material against the second rod piece (2), and then winding the same back against the first rod piece (1) to form a loop with winding knots.
