PURPOSE: A light emitting device is provided to prevent damage of the light emitting device by forming a protective construction having surge voltage which is higher than general operation voltage. CONSTITUTION: A first LED cell and a second LED cell are respectively form first sides(A1,B1) and second sides(A2,B2). The first sides of the first LED cell and the second LED cell are contiguous to an LED sub array. The second side of the first LED cell is contiguous to the second side of the second LED cell. A protective construction is formed in the near a trench(T). The trench is arranged between the second side of the first LED cell and the second side of the second LED cell. |
