PURPOSE: Matte coated paper for printing is provide to have a matte coating layer on base paper, thereby having excellent scratch resistance and stain resistance. CONSTITUTION: Matte coated paper for printing comprises a base paper and a matte coating layer. The matte coating layer comprises a binder and a gloss removing agent. The binder is acrylic resin, or acryl-styrene copolymer of which minimum filming temperature is 10°C less. The gloss removing agent is acrylic resin. The content of the acrylic resin to the binder is 30 weight% or more on the basis of solid portion. The matte coating layer as an activator comprises 2.5-7 weight% of a solid matter polyolefin based resin with the size of 9-20 μm, on the basis of the binder.
