PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve determination accuracy of passing time at a passing point.

SOLUTION: The present invention is applied to a passage determination device in which a user who trains to run along a predetermined course by arbitrary means carries. The passage determination device of the present invention includes a storage part, a position information acquisition part which acquires a position of the device itself at a predetermined interval, and a control part which stores a course in which the user presets and positions of passing points in the course in the storage part, and also stores the position acquired by the position information acquisition part together with time when the position is acquired. When the position of the device enters a predetermined range of a passing point, the control part determines passing time when the user passes the passing point based upon a point which is the closest to the passing point among the acquired positions within the predetermined range, and time when the position is acquired.
