<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an all-solid type lithium ion battery having a high voltage and a high discharge capacity at a low manufacturing cost by reducing decomposition of an electrode active material or production of a substance inhibiting ion conduction due to chemical reaction of electrode active material powder and solid electrolyte powder in an electrode layer on the grain boundary or the interface of the electrode layer and a solid electrolyte layer when the unbaked body of the electrode layer in an all-solid type lithium ion battery is calcined. <P>SOLUTION: The all-solid type lithium ion battery includes a positive electrode layer comprising an inorganic solid, an electrolytic layer and a negative electrode layer. The positive electrode layer contains a positive electrode active material of Li<SB POS="POST">1-x</SB>A<SB POS="POST">y</SB>MPO<SB POS="POST">4</SB>, and a lithium ion conductive solid electrolyte, where the mass ratio of the solid electrolyte to the positive electrode active material is 1/9-9. In the formula, x satisfies 0≤x≤0.1, y satisfies 0≤y≤0.1, A is one kind or more selected from Al, W, Ti, and M is one kind or more selected from Fe, Mn, Co, Ni. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
