<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shallow the burying depth of a distributing water pipe with a snap tap, without increasing excavation work and excavation cost. <P>SOLUTION: This distributing water pipe with the snap tap includes a branch hole 5 for installing the snap tap in a pipe body 2. The pipe body 2 includes the snap tap in a position of the branch hole 5 in a state before being buried in the ground. The snap tap has a water communication hole oppositely rising to the branch hole 5 from an outer surface of the pipe body 2, a valve chest arranged on the tip of the water communication hole, a connection part for forming the water communication hole extending to the side from the valve chest, and a water cut-off valve for arranging a valve element in the valve chest for opening-closing communication with the water communication hole on the side of the valve chest from the water communication hole opposed to the branch hole. With this constitution, since there is no need to install a boring machine on the snap tap for forming the branch hole 5 in the pipe body 2, an installation part of the snap tap is eliminated, and a height of the snap tap can be lowered.
