<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED lighting device capable of varying an output value of an output supplied to an LED unit including a plurality of LEDs with sufficient controllability in a wider range, and a luminaire including the LED lighting device. <P>SOLUTION: An LED lighting device 10 supplies electrical power to an LED unit 1 including a plurality of LEDs to light the LED unit 1, and includes: a first volume VR1 to vary an output value of an output supplied to the LED unit 1 within a first adjustable range; and a second volume VR2 to vary an output value of an output supplied to the LED unit 1 within a second adjustable range, which is narrower than the first adjustable range, more finely as compared with the variation of the first volume VR1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
