METHOD FOR PRODUCING CIRCULAR DNA FORMED FROM SINGLE-MOLECULE DNA

A method for producing circular DNA that does not contain circular DNA formed from polymolecular DNA and that comprises circular DNA formed from single-molecule DNA is provided. By means of this method, circular DNA molecules formed only from single-molecule DNA can be reliably produced.
