At least one gas shield 10a, 10b divides an interior of the housing 2 into a closed partition and an open partition. The closed partition defines a closed volume within which an inner cooling flow 2 circulates, and the open partition comprises outer cooling ducts 8 through which an outer cooling flow 14 flows. The outer cooling ducts 8 are positioned between the envelope surface and the closed partition.</p>
