PURPOSE: A handle device of a vehicle tail gate which enables a user to open a trunk by lifting a tail gate is provided to simplify an appearance of a product. CONSTITUTION: A handle device of a vehicle tail gate comprises a handle part and an actuating part. The actuating part is arranged inside the tailgate. After the actuating part makes straight line move to be projected the handle part from tailgate, it rotates the lower part to be projected upward. The actuating part comprises a motor(220), a rotating lever(240), a guideline holder, and a lever pin(280). The rotating lever is connected to the motor and form a first slot(245). The guideline holder is connected to the handle part and hinge shaft and forms a second slot(265).
