METHOD OF MANUFACTURING COMPLEX SYSTEM WITH POROUS CERAMICS MATRIX AND NANO AEROGEL FILLING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of complex system with porous ceramics matrix and nano aerogel filling the same is provided to uniformly fill aerogel in the inside of the porous structure without residue by in-situ method. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of complex system with porous ceramics matrix and nano aerogel filling the same comprises: a step of preparing aerogel precursor solution; a step of impregnating porous ceramic structure in the precursor solution; a step of synthesizing wetting gel from in-situ solution by impregnating the solution into the pore of the ceramic structure; and a step of generating aerogel by drying the filled ceramics structures. When synthesizing aerogel during the impregnation step of the porous ceramics structure, ultrasonic wave is added. The porous ceramic structure is the structure of honeycomb or cellular structure.
