PURPOSE: A heat exchanging plate of a heat exchanging apparatus is provided to improve the heat exchange efficiency of a heat exchanging apparatus by forming a sub heat exchange fin, which is projected at a constant interval, in one side of a base plate. CONSTITUTION: A protrusion(3) is formed to be projected in one side of a base plate(2). A sub heat exchange fin(4) is made of a aluminum material. A plurality of main heat exchange fins(5) is formed in the other side of the base plate at the constant interval. Heat absorbed to a heat exchanging plate(1a) of a heat absorbing part is transferred to a heating part through heat absorbing part of a thermoelectric module. The heat transferred to the heating part in the thermoelectric module is irradiated to the outside through a heat exchanging plate(1b) on the heating part.
