The rolling spindles (3, 4) are synchronised fixedly with one another by gear means (2) and each carry a spindle flange (33, 43) which has a radial keyway and, in it, a synchronising bolt (321, 421) engaging with its key-like end. The two synchronising bolts (321, 421) are arranged angularly offset at 180 DEG and engage into synchronising bores (320, 420) of the section rolls (32, 42) held on the rolling spindles (3, 4) by means of a central collet chuck. The synchronising bore of the two section rolls is normally arranged in conformity with the central angle relative to the peripheral section. <IMAGE>
