PURPOSE: A height-adjustable manhole cover assembly and a construction method thereof are provided to prevent differential settlement and secure superior evenness of a road. CONSTITUTION: A height-adjustable manhole cover assembly comprises a primary manhole cover support(2) and a secondary manhole cover support(4). The primary manhole cover support is buried in a sub base material of aggregate in order to prevent obstacles to compaction work. The primary manhole cover support has a height for leveling a manhole cover(1) to the sub base material. The secondary manhole cover support is coupled to the primary manhole cover support. The secondary manhole cover support has a height for leveling the manhole cover to the surface layer. |
