LED LIGHTING SYSTEM AND METHOD

PURPOSE: An LED lighting system and a method thereof are provided to easily achieve bit synchronization by using the wireless telecommunication of a Manchester coding scheme. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle detector(7) senses vehicles approaching a preset section on a road(5). A street lighting controller controls is the lighting and flash of a lamp installed at each street light. Street lighting controllers are installed at each street light. A controlling device(2) controls the lighting and flash of street lights while being wirelessly communicated with the street lighting controllers if receiving vehicle perception data from the vehicle detector.
