APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR PROVIDING CLICK TO CALL SERVICE

PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for offering a click to call service are provided to offer a free calling method for a user that an UPnP(Universal Plug and Play) telephony click to call service is unable to provide in a calling state between a user and an advertisement publisher. CONSTITUTION: A TCP(Telephony Control Point) apparatus(210) receives a phone number of a receiver in a telephone apparatus(203) and digital multimedia contents including the advertisement of an advertisement publisher from a content providing apparatus(201). The user connects a TCP(250) apparatus, in which an UPnP(Universal Plug and Play) TCP is built, to the TS apparatus having a telephony server. The telephony server of the TS apparatus receives the phone number of the receiver in the telephone apparatus. The telephony server of the TS apparatus writes out service requesting message at a bridge-call providing apparatus(202).
