摘要 PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a gold-electrodeposited layer of a current collector is provided to form an electrodeposited layer of flat and fine grain phase, and to offer a gold-electrodeposited layer which has fine particles, low porous density, high conductivity, and reduce hydrogen brittleness. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a gold-electrodeposited layer comprises: a step of electroless panting nickel on a copper pattern for improving the durability of the gold-electrodeposited layer in a current collector using a printed circuit board(1); a step of forming a gold deposited layer(5) by independently changing variables of current on time, current off time and average current density, by using interrupted current by using pulse electrolytic plating method to the top of the nickel layer.
