PURPOSE:To freely adjust the direction of a picture plane by a signal fed from a remote control device by providing a driving motor for vertically and horizontally adjusting the picture plane direction in a television receiver. CONSTITUTION:A signal from a remote control device 1 is received by a signal receiving circuit 2, a picture plane moving control circuit 3 receives the signal, controls a vertical angle driving device 4 or a right and left rotation drive device 5 through a control line to adjust an upper and lower angle and a right and left rotation. The upper and lower angle adjustment is performed by driving a motor of the driving device 4 and rotating an upper and lower angle adjusting gear 7. The right and left rotating adjustment is performed by driving the motor of the drive device 5 and rotating centering a right and left rotating main shaft 12 of a base 11.
