<p>PURPOSE:To improve mechanical characteristics by laminating a plurality of ring cores, whose inner diameters are smaller than the size as finished products, forming an external core and grinding inner wall surfaces up to predetermined size. CONSTITUTION:A ring core, an inner diameter thereof is slightly smaller than the size as finished products and an outer diameter thereof is slightly larger than size as the finished products, is used as a ring core 3. A cylindrical external core 2' is formed by laminating a plurality of the ring cores 3'. Both the inner and outer wall surfaces of the external core 2' are ground up to prescribed size D1, D2. Consequently, irregularities in the inner and outer wall surfaces of the external core 2' disappear, and the inner and outer wall surfaces of each ring core 3' are aligned completely. An internal core is faced oppositely into the external core 2' ground up to predetermined size at regular intervals, thus manufacturing a finished product. Accordingly, a coaxial type rotary transformer with the external core having high dimensional accuracy and excellent mechanical characteristics can be manufactured at low cost.</p> |
