A holding unit (222a) includes an adhesive joint for holding the line at a wall of the conduit. The holding unit includes a cover that surrounds the conduit. A recess (222) open to an inner space or an outer environment of the conduit is present in a peripheral section for accommodating the line. A cross-section of a lumen of the conduit is reduced corresponding to the recess.
