<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus allowing improvement of impact resistance by having a portion bulging toward the outside of a casing. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic apparatus 1 includes the casing 5, and a function unit 6 stored in the casing 5. The casing 5 has a lower wall 9 covering below the function unit 6. The lower wall 9 has: a unit facing area 24 facing to the function unit 6; and a bottom face part 23 deviating from below the function unit 6. The unit facing area 24 is recessed to the inside of the casing 5 as compared to the bottom face part 23, and the unit facing area 24 has a bulging part 35 bulging toward the outside of the casing 5.
