PAINTING SYSTEM OF A HULL

PURPOSE: A painting module for painting system of a hull is provided to control the posture and the position of a painting module through the control of a length of cables, thereby quickly and safely painting even in narrow work space. CONSTITUTION: A painting module for painting system of a hull comprises a flame unit, a winch unit, a painting module, and a roller unit. The inner side of the frame unit is corresponding to the outer plate of a hull block. The winch unit comprises at least four or more winches(21) for controlling the length of a cable by winding or releasing each cable(C1-C8). The painting module inside the frame unit comprises spraying means(40) in one side of a driving means(30) connected to the cable of each winches. The painting module moves along specific painting patter according to the length control of each cable, and sprays paint to the outer plate through a paint spraying means. The roller unit guides the direction switch and the angle switch of each cable connecting each winch and panting module.
