PURPOSE: A double-sided self-adhesive mastic waterproof sheet is provided to be easily constructed by room temperature self-adhesive type without additional tools, and to have excellent waterproof ability by excellent adhesion. CONSTITUTION: A double-sided self-adhesive mastic waterproof sheet comprises a mastic layer consisting of polymer modified asphalt composition in the both sides of the base material, a releasing layer on the outer surface of each mastic layer. One layer among the mastic layers is separated to two or more along the longitudinal direction of the waterproof sheet. The polymer modified asphalt composition comprises 5-30 weight% of a modifier, 5-30 weight% of a softener, 20-70 weight% of an inorganic filler, 5-25 weight% of a tackifier, and 15-50 weight% of asphalt.
