PURPOSE:To make configuration simple by providing a movable supporting member reciprocally moved against a suction valve with a valve press-moving member and by employing a valve displacement allowing means which allows the suction valve to displace to a normal position and a resilient forcing means. CONSTITUTION:At the front end of a bellows 42 of a cover plate 40 of a rear housing 6 is attached a movable supporting member 43 to form a suction chamber 17 and an atmospheric chamber 44. To the movable supporting member 43 is attached a valve press-moving plate 45 which is capable of elastic deformation and has a function of valve displacement allowing means. As a resilient forcing means between the cover plate 40 and the movable supporting member 43, a coil spring 47 forces resiliently the valve press-moving plate 45 toward the front side. Accordingly, a reverse blocking valve and a solenoid valve are made unnecessary to make the configuration simple.
