An LED display device which comprises a display for displaying images stored in device memory and may be used to construct and store images, and edit images, using an input device integral to the display device such that it is operable as a self contained and stand-alone device. The display device is also connectable to like display devices to provide larger display areas. The LED display device may optionally also function as a gaming device.
