The device (1) has a three-point tower (4) connected with a shaft (2) by a joint (3). The joint includes two rotating degrees of freedom between the three-point tower and the shaft. A hydraulic cylinder (5) is formed as a hydraulic upper link, which is engaged with an end at the three-point tower and formed with another end for connection to a traction engine (8) e.g. tractor. Two lower link supports are connected to a lower link (6) of the traction engine and provided at the three-point tower. A pendulum support (7) is diagonally provided between the three-point tower and the shaft.
