PURPOSE: A base station power management system, a device thereof, and a method thereof are provided to cut off the power of a base station which covers a communication network with low traffic while letting another base station which covers the other communication network provide the service to the terminal. CONSTITUTION: A first base station(110) determines whether a first traffic is smaller than a predefined first critical value. The first base station determines whether the sum of a second traffic measured in a second base station and the first traffic is smaller than a predefined second critical value. When the first traffic is smaller than the predefined first critical value and the sum of the second traffic and the first traffic is smaller than the predefined second critical value, the first base station connects the terminal connected to the first base station to a second base station. The first base station cuts off its own power. |
